The Digital Psychology Lab took part in GALA 2025, contributing several exciting projects and research insights on game-based and gamified learning.

Team Highlights

  • Eva Boehlke presented her poster “Examining the Impact of Gamification on Utility Value and Learning Performance”, offering insights into how gamification influences learning motivation and outcomes.

  • Lukas Ober showcased the prototype of his game at the Game Exhibition, demonstrating how innovative interaction concepts can enhance learning experiences.

  • Stefan E. Huber shared new research findings on the motivational and cognitive effects of gamified learning, discussing potential applications in practice.

The team greatly valued the exchange and the many inspiring ideas for future projects.
